SCAMETATRA a.s. was established in 1997. It is a Slovak plant of SCAME s.r.l., an Italian company, and TATRAMAT, a.s., which specializes in the production of plastic components, high-pressure injection moulding ranging from simple components to large technical ones, surface treatment and finishing of plastic parts and assembly of white goods parts. It also deals with metal working, including design, construction, manufacturing and maintenance of moulds and tools for the production of plastic and light alloy metal components. Whirlpool production facilities throughout Europe are the main purchasers of plastic components.
