TATRAMAT, a.s. owns the land with the area of almost 12 ha in the western part of the cadastral area of Veľká Lomnica in the direction to Poprad with a functional use of the area for production, logistics and storage. The company has a valid zoning.
Currently, we are carrying out the construction of utility lines for the premises – electric supply mains directly on the plot, medium-pressure gas supply mains available on the plot, water supply mains and connection to the sewer system with pumping to a waste water treatment plant.
The accessibility of the site is provided by means of its own access road which is connected to the I/66 road, then to a 4-lane highway guide and the D1 highway – approximately 2 km away.
